Dr. Pop Tshering Bhutia is the Ex Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests North Bengal, having experience in Wildlife Management in the PAs of North Bengal. He spent more than half of his service career in the forests of North Bengal and was closely associated with conservation and management of GOHR in Jaldapara and Gorumara National Parks.
